doireMy order from Nippon-Export has arrived. That's not bad at all.
I put the order in on 25 May and got confirmation next day. It took until 10 June before they emailed to say the package had shipped and I was starting to fret a little, but, overall, the delivery time is fine.
I'd say it was cheaper than JPQueen and the books are new. The big sticking point was typing my credit card details into a Japanese only web form. No matter how hard I checked, how could I be sure that I was typing in the right boxes?
And what have I got?
Banana Fish vol 1. Unlikely to be getting the other 18. Well it was worth a look.
Another volume of Ghost. Ghost amuses me and the art work is much more to my taste.
Sgt Frog for the daughter. Very weird.
And Reload 5. Nearly every page has had panels completed or filled in compared to ZeroSum. It's much clearer who's speaking as there are far fewer speech bubbles without a character to connect them to.
And in less good news. Bah! the m key isn't working unless I push hard. Poor laptop has been trying to retire for months
