Just because I can

Reload 7 arrived and it's so pretty. It really shows how well it's presented when I have the contrast of other manga in the package. Again, many of the panels have been finished updated from the almost empty panels in Zero-sum.


This is mainly an excuse to use a new icon from original artwork by karose. It's a crop from the full work which now sits on my desktop.

I am 12 and easily amused

I like words and I’m a lousy speller so this site, mentioned in New Scientist, where folk etymology meets rationalised spelling, amuses me no end. I think my favourite is Pus-jewels.

And for our even younger moments

It’s the time of year when gift catalogues drop heavily through the letterbox including this recent one devoted to achieving healthy life style. Some of the offered products made claims for benefits of use that I’d never realised before.
