Where did that fortnight go?
Nov. 8th, 2007 01:20 amWhatever it was that I , my children, my ex-colleagues and , apparently, 75% of my FL, have had was nasty. It seemed to be a not too bad cold, but lingered on, not being ill enough to go to bed and sleep through it, but too wiped out to do anything for more than a few minutes. The sort of state where after you've made a cup of coffee you need a sit down to get up the energy to drink it. Hence the sporadic short comments on random entries.
SO, to celebrate my return to health, I am staying up late bidding on for'n auctions for the SO. I suspect this will count as "overdoing it" and I will regret it tomorrow.
In much better news I have found my copy of the book I need to check details for yuletide. I was beginning to think I'd have to buy a new one. You know you may be approaching too many books when it's quicker to go out and buy a new copy than get to the one you own even though you can see it.
This is hyperbole; there is no such thing as too many books.
