I have many things to say
Nov. 19th, 2008 09:32 pmbut seem to not have enough time to say them. A trip to see Monkey, journey to the west, a yuletide letter, birthdays and more. So what am I going to write about? NARUTO.
( Spoilers, though if you havn't heard this much, I don't think you're following closely enough to mind being a little spoiled )
And in a complete change of tone, a pointer to thoughts on the baby P furore. I don't know if the outrage has spread beyond Britain; if you've not heard about it it's the triumph of loud cries of "something must be done", "someone must pay" and probably "think of the children" over actually thinking about a real tragedy. This write-up is not a comforting read, but it seems to me to hold far more common sense than the populist ravings.
