doire | self pitying whinge

I'm recovering from a summer cold ( the sort that makes me understand the old notion of a month's convalescence in the country) so I have the attention span of a gnat and the stamina of wet string.

I missed all the spring weather last week hiding from the light.
I went back to work on Monday and felt so crap I arranged to take holiday to just vegetate.
I'm using up my annual leave and I still feel like crap and it's raining.

Bah!
