End of my era
I have resubcribed to RADW. Collected 5 days posts ,but there were only 711 of them. That’s only 140 a day; I can cope with that easily. This is the optimism of the deluded.
Now, should I resurrect my old persona (killed off for receiving too much spam) or create a new one with enough clues that I could be recognised by anyone who cared to? I’ve not posted seriously on USENET for several years, but many of the old lags still seem to be there, still saying the same things in many cases .I’ll read a bit first. If there’s no new discussion then I may just retreat again.

Tomorrow is my last day at work. I’m not going to have finished up everything, but my successor has the perfect excuse for not being able to respond quickly. She can just say it’s all my fault.
I’m having lunch with my now ex-minions so I don’t suppose much will be sensibly done in the afternoon.
I am determined that I will not cry.
